We’ll discuss timelines with you at the outset and keep you updated throughout so you’ll always know where things stand. Your feedback and timely responses also help keep things on track!

We work fast to get your site live, no messing about. Some clients find themselves waiting months, even longer, for their site to launch—but not with us. We work hard to stick to timelines, with most projects ready to go live within six weeks or even sooner.
We’re lucky not to have hefty overheads and we don't have non-billable roles within North East Studio, which means we can offer high-quality work without the premium price tag. We understand that not every client has a big budget, and we’re able to tailor our prices to suit.

When we build a website, we don’t see it as ‘job done’ once it’s live. We think bigger, taking into account what you might need as your business grows, so your site is set up to scale with you over time.
Our official hours may be the classic 9 to 5, but we don’t exactly ‘close.’ If you ever need support, even on a bank holiday, just give us a ring or drop us an email, and we’ll be on it straight away.
For clients on a tighter budget, many agencies will push templated designs to keep their profits intact. That’s not our style—we’ve never used templates and never will. Everything we create is fully bespoke, with each client’s unique needs guiding every design decision.
